Use those feelings to drive you forward as you seek to create the best blog in the world, go to this page to see what I mean.
2.Simplicity
(KISS) keep it simple stupid! never forget that you are trying to engage keep it simple
3. Your audience
It pays off to take time to understand your audience, for example,
- What problems are they looking to solve?
- What are they interested in?
- Do they like to read or watch videos?
- Will they trust you?
You need the answers to these questions so that you can blog to suit your audience.
4. Is your blog valuable?
Top of your list should be to write a blog that adds value so ask yourself these questions?
- Is my blog informing?
- Is my blog of value?
- Is my blog of educational value?
- Is my blog entertaining?
Study the outline of your blog, if you can truthfully answer yes to all four questions then your readers will keep coming back for more.
5.Blog headline
It’s all in the headline, a headline must create curiosity so that the person reading your headline will want to click and find out more, write a good teaser headline otherwise they will click away, remember you only have 3 seconds to impress.!!
6.Blog structure.
Find keywords that are low in competition and high in value.
Write an interesting introduction that makes the reader want to read more, create bite size content, in other words write three to four lines of text, most people find it easier to read this way, subtitles are good and use bullet points.
7. Images
Not everyone like to read a blog that has up to 3,000 words, especially younger people, the best thing to do is to add images to break up the content, use videos or create an eBook that can be downloaded.
8. Be persistent
I believe that persistency plays a major role in the career of a successful blogger, never give upkeep trying new things, always stay focused on your daily tasks. You will need to write at least 100 blog posts before you see any money.
9.Social media
Make sure that your blog can be shared by adding social media buttons in your blog where people can see them. My friend Kyle has written a very good training on how to get the best from social media.
10.Promote your blog
You have written a beautiful blog with tons of interesting content, the next job is to start the business of promoting your blog.

2.How to make money from your blog.
This is the part of the training that you will be really interested in because all your hard work writing your blog and promoting it will mean nothing if you don’t know how to make money from your blog.
You have managed to start your blog, create interesting content, find people to read your blog and your blog visitors are engaging with your blog content, now you need to lay the foundations for a sustainable long term income, here’s how:
- Ads on your blog
Advertisers love constant new ways to find new customers to sell their products or services, it works much the same for newspapers or magazines, I’m sure you have seen plenty of ads in newspapers and magazines.
The online world works much the same, as you build traffic to your blog and your brand begins to grow advertisers will only be too willing to place ads on your blog.
For example you could open a Google AdSense account and they will take care of the ads that appear on your blog.
2. Affiliate marketing income
Affiliate marketing is big business because for the affiliate marketer it is so simple to get started, once your blog is attracting regular visitors you can add what is called affiliate links discreetly into your content.
So that when someone clicks on the affiliate link they are taken to a website for that product or service that you are affiliated to.
If they purchase something you will be paid a commission for that sale. Affiliate marketing is an ideal way to monetize your blog, there is usually no cost to becoming an affiliate marketer.
4. Recurring income
Membership programs are a regular or recurring way to make money with your blog, members pay a monthly fee to become part of a premium content area, a service area, or a coaching area.
5.Sell products on your blog
Many bloggers sell products on their blog either through affiliate links or by having an online store selling physical products, many bloggers have made a fortune by creating eBooks and selling them in a downloadable form.
6. Amazon affiliate
Amazon is the biggest store on the planet, they have the Amazon affiliate program, it’s easy to join and it means that you can simply add a banner onto your blog and your blog visitors can purchase all types of goods from Amazon, the commission is low enough but it can make money for your blog.
7.Guest speaking
Some of the biggest bloggers in the world become famous and are asked to give appear at various functions and presentations to speak about their blog posts, this can be quite lucrative.
8. Email marketing
Email marketing is another very effective way to make money from your blog, you will need an email responder program like AWeber to help you gather visitors email addresses. What you need to do is create a monthly newsletter that keeps your blog visitors reading more of your content, this builds and confidence in whatever you recommend in terms of a product or service.
9. Syndicate your blog
This is another form of making money from your blog, syndicate your content to other sites that promote your niche blog.
3.Have more than one stream of income
Online income can vary depending on how the search engines want to rank your blog, it is important to have more than one stream of income in case one happens to dry up for whatever reason especially if you want to become a full time blogger.
Forms of income
There is different form of income, direct and indirect, direct income is income derived from Google AdSense, or Amazon affiliate program, you need the big numbers in terms of your blog traffic to make a full-time income this way.
Later in your life as a full-time blogger more opportunities to make money will appear, for example as you become more well known as a blogger in your niche you could be asked to speak as a conference. Guest speaking at a conference or event can be a very well-paid gig.
