Ok so to make it easier to understand, look for a high average monthly search results, then look for low QSR or websites competing for that keyword (below 50 is good) finally look for the SEO score over 90 is good.

Now you know that you could be on to a winning keyword that will increase you traffic, your next task is to write content around that keyword that will be useful to your website visitors.

Your keyword for your post should be in the url, the headline using H1 and placed about every 10 paragraphs as a rule of thumb. You should write a minimum of 1,500 words using the keyword that you have chosen, keep the text in short paragraphs in easy to read bite size chunks.

Use high quality images to break up the article, dont forget to put a description in the alt text explaining  what the image is about, all of this will help Google and other search engines to determine a ranking number for your post.

Even though the power of Facebook has diminished somewhat it’s still an important way to build a base of followers for your site by:

Posting awesome content, that means content that you would be happy to share with your friends.

  • Posting content that starts people talking
  • Posting content that resonates with your audience
  • Posting content that is trending
  • Posting content that is useful
  • Posting content that makes people click to go to your site

First off if you don’t have a Facebook account the get one here, create an attractive image for your header, in your profile write down as much information about yourself, your business and how you are going to be a great resource for people to look to for guidance in your niche.


According to the best research on posting, it seems that the early morning and after 8 in the evening are the optimum times to post, it does make a lot if sense when you think about it.
